Elektroprojekt d.d. uses non-refundable funds from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Republic of Croatia to digitalize business processes and modernize its business information system. Through the project “Custom DMS Solution for Project Books - NPOO.C1.1.2.R3-I2.01-V15.0135”*, the company has been allocated funds for further application and integration of digital technologies into all areas of its business. The aim of the project is to increase the company’s competitiveness and resilience and to raise the level of digital maturity of the company by using digital technologies to improve the process of managing project book documents.

Purpose and objectives of the project
The goal of the “Custom DMS Solution for Project Books” project is to increase the company’s competitiveness and resilience and to raise the level of digital maturity of the company by using digital technologies to improve the process of managing project book documents. The identified problems in managing project book documents are: loss of documents, difficulty in finding information, complexity of collaboration, security risks, and duplicate documents on different computers within the user network. The project will result in a higher level of digital maturity of the company through the introduction of a custom DMS for project books and employee training.
The target groups directly affected by the project activities are: the company and employees of the applicant, as well as the clients of the applicant.
*The project is co-financed by the European Union from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Republic of Croatia.
