In-House Project Management Department is the youngest Elektroprojekt's department, although experience of its specialists makes it as competent as other departments. It has been set up for organization and management of construction of project financed or co-financed by Elektroprojekt to serve company's needs. The department staff relies on experience gained at the projects performed for external clients for decades.

So far, the Department staff managed construction of the Elektroprojekt Office Building in 4 Alexandera von Humboldta St., Zagreb, Croatia. Total gross floor area is about 9,000 m2, and it was put to use in 1999. The quality of the building is praised both by its occupants and the Elektroprojekt business partners.

The same team has been assigned to construction management of another Elektroprojekt's building with gross floor area of approx. 2,000 m2, presently used by the British Embassy.

The Department comprises three technical sections. These are the sections for implementation of civil and architectural engineering, electrical and telecommunication, and mechanical and processing projects. The commercial/financial and legal section will be founded later. The Department is currently recruiting new staff and preparing new projects in Croatia, Macedonia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
